STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on the Southern Pacific Company, Pacific Lines, that Telegrapher J. I. Dealy be compensated for service performed at Crystal Lake, Sacramento Division, February 6, to 13, inclusive, 1939, under Rule 10 of the agreement in effect between the two parties to the dispute."
That this dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been had, and under date of February 11, 1941, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.
