STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
"That the seniority date of J. J. Callahan as
a signalman and signal maintainer, as shown on the seniority roster of signal
department employes on the Florida East Coast Railway, be corrected to
read March 6, 1939."
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:
That this dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment
Board ex parts by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of February 12,
1941, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.
AWARD
Case dismissed.
