STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the General Committee of the Order of Railroad Telegraphers on the Pennsylvania Railroad, that the rates of pay for the second and third trick telegrapher positions in `A' Division Relay Office, Erie, Pa., of $.8825 per hour which were arbitrarily reduced by the Carrier to $.69 per hour effective May 18, 1938, shall be restored; and that all employes who have been assigned to the positions since that date shall be compensated for the difference between the rate paid and the schedule rate retroactive to the date the rates were arbitrarily reduced."
That this dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been had, and under date of February 19, 1941, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.
