BROTHERHOOD OF RAILWAY AND STEAMSHIP CLERKS, FREIGHT HANDLERS, EXPRESS AND STATION EMPLOYES
(1) The clerical work performed on the Long Island Railroad at Jamaica, N. Y., and Ozone Park, N. Y. by Pennsylvania Railroad Clerks, who hold no seniority rights on the Long Island Railroad, is clerical work that belongs to Long Island Railroad Clerks, who hold seniority rights to perform and be paid for such work, and
(2) That the positions as shown in statement of fact (2 @ $179.20 per month, 1 @ $164.20 per month and 2 @ $154.20 per month), shall be advertised and awarded to Long Island Railroad employes, and
(3) That all affected Long Island Railroad employes who have suffered wage losses shall be compensated for all monetary losses retroactive to dates positions were established."
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and
That hearing thereon has been held but not concluded. Under date of March 11, 1941, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.
