BROTHERHOOD OF RAILWAY AND STEAMSHIP CLERKS, FREIGHT HANDLERS, EXPRESS AND STATION EMPLOYES
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that the carrier has violated and continues to violate wage agreements between said Carrier and this Petitioner Brotherhood when it failed to maintain agreed-upon rate of pay on Position No. 200, Head Clerk, Claims Checking Bureau, Freight Traffic Department, San Francisco, California, and when said Carrier refused and continues to refuse to compensate incumbent of said position, W. J. Wenderoth, at the rate of $11.52 per day ($293.76 per month) from December 1, 1937; also claim that said W. J. Wenderoth Shall be compensated at the rate of $11.52 per day ($293.76 per month) and reimbursed for wage losses suffered."
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and
That hearing thereon has been held but not concluded. Under date of February 21, 1941, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.
