STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers, Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Company, that the agent at Encinitas, California, be relieved of the requirement of making trips to and from Solana Beach in the course of the performance of his duties as agent at Encinitas."


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held and under date of June 19, 1941, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.




Case dismissed.
