PARTIES TO DISPUTE:





STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Conductors D. S. Bidwell, J. J. Werkeley and T. G. Bailey, Jersey City Northern Agency, claim that they were removed from their regular assignments on Erie Railroad trains operating between Jersey City and Chicago, on December 10, 1939, in violation of the rules of the Agreement between The Pullman Company and Conductors in the service of The Pullman Company, and ask compensation for all time lost on account of said removal."


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by the complainant party;


That no hearing thereon has been had and under date of October S, 1941, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.


AWARD Case dismissed.
