STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Irregularities in handling of revenue for the, company unwarranted and not sustained. Employes involved-
STATEMENT OF FACTS: Red Cap station porters Brooks, Chandler, Cockerham and Wilson were dismissed from the service for irregularities in handling luggage checks in connection with Red Cap service performed in March, 1941, and Red Cap Sparks was dismissed for irregularities in connection with Red Cap service performed in March and April, 1941.
OPINION OF BOARD: The evidence of record discloses no grounds for disturbing the disciplinary action of the Carrier.
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board, after giving the parties to this dispute due notice of hearing thereon, and upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds and holds:
That the carrier and the employes involved in this dispute are respectively carrier and employes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934;
That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and
That the Board finds no grounds for disturbing the disciplinary action of the Carrier.
