BROTHERHOOD OF RAILWAY AND STEAMSHIP CLERKS, FREIGHT HANDLERS, EXPRESS AND STATION EMPLOYES
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that:
1. Positions classified as Check Clerk-Stower at Oakland, California, Kirkham Street Freight Station, operating and compensated on basis of five days as Check Clerk and one day as Stower, be re-bulletined as Check Clerk and incumbents thereof compensated for each entire work-week served- six days-at Check Clerk's rate of pay.,
2. That all employes who have occupied the position of Check ClerkStower since that classification was made effective be reimbursed at Check Clerk's rate of pay for each day on which they have performed and do perform service and are compensated at a rate lower than the established rate for Check Clerks at Oakland, California, Kirkham Street Freight Station."
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by the complainant party;
That no hearing thereon has been had and under date of December 3, 1941 the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.
