"Conductor 0. H. Wentz, Philadelphia District, contends for 3'55" additional pay for the first half of June, 1941,
same being for work performed on specified layover (round trip, ProvidenceBoston-Providence), Lines 2413-2501-2552."
FINDINGS:
The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:
The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board
ex parte by complainant party.
No hearing thereon has been had and under date of December 22, 1941,
the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary
of the Third Division withdrawing this case.
AWARD
Case dismissed.
