STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of System Committee of the Brotherhood that Joseph W. Sullivan, Clerk in Car Service Agent's Office, Duluth, Minnesota, be compensated properly and established rate of position $165.00 per month be applied retroactive to January 1, 1941, on which date be was assigned to said position.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party.


No hearing thereon has been held, and under date of April 15, 1942, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.




Case dismissed.
