PARTIES TO DISPUTE:





STATEMENT OF CLAIM: 1. Does the term "Jargon" as used by the carrier mean "held for orders," and-


2. Shall Chef Dorsey Wilson, 2nd Cook A. A. Taylor and Waiters Thomas Daniel and J. T. Ross be compensated for the time from 6:00 A. M. to 10:00 A. M. on March 4th, 1940 when they were "Jargon" at Washington, D. C.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party;


That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and


That hearing thereon has been held and concluded. Under date of June 25, 1942, the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this dispute, which request is hereby granted.




Case dismissed.
