BROTHERHOOD OF RAILWAY AND STEAMSHIP CLERKS, FREIGHT HANDLERS, EXPRESS AND STATION EMPLOYES
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that the Prepay and Expense Bill Clerk in the Local Freight Office be paid an additional day's pay at the rate of time and one-half for each Sunday and holiday from November 16, 1940 to January 3, 1941, both dates inclusive.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party;
That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and
That hearing thereon has been held and concluded. Under date of August 20, 1942, the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this dispute, which request is hereby granted.
