Agent-Telegrapher R. L. Crowley, Bisbee Junction, be compensated for one
 
call on each date, November

count section foreman at Bisbee Junction, Rio Grande Division, being used
 
as a telegrapher on these dates.
  
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:
  
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment
 
Board ex parts 'by complainant party; and
  
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of September 
3,
 
1942, 
the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secre
 
tary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.

Case dismissed.
