PARTIES TO DISPUTE:





STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on the Southern Pacific Company, Pacific Lines, that Agent-telegrapher R. L. Crowley, Bisbee Junction, be compensated for one call, June 23, 1940, account section foreman transmitting request direct to the train dispatcher for the issuance of train order when claimant was available to perform this service.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of tjte Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of September 3, 1942, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.




Case dismissed.
