PARTIES TO DISPUTE:





STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on the Southern Pacific Company, Pacific Lines, that Agent-Telegrapher Knox Slack, Florence, Tucson Division, be compensated for one call, June 27, 1940, account section foremen securing line-ups from train dispatchr.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of September 3, 1942, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.




Case dismissed.
