STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers, Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Company that the agent-telegrapher, Panhanle Texas, be allowed a call payment (3 hours) on each date January 14, 15, 16, 17, 8, 1941, when Conductor Shofner, who resides in Amarillo and returned there each night, and who was assigned to work train service at Panhandle, was instructed to and did report to a telegraph office in Amarillo each morning for the purpose of securing train orders governing movement of said work train at Panhandle, and transported them from Amarillo to Panhandle by automobile.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of September 3, 1942, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.
