STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers, Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company and (a) the carrier is improperly requiring the agent at Briscoe, Texas, to handle U. S. Mail between the depot and post-office; (b) he shall e relieved therefrom, and (c) pending relief, and retroactively, said agent shall be compensated for such service at the rate of $8.58 per month.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of September 3, 1942, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.




Case dismissed.
