STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that the Rate Clerk at Beaumont, Texas be paid one hour's overtime at the rate of time and one-half for the entire period of time his meal period was assigned in violation of the agreement.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of July 11, 1942, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.
