BROTHERHOOD OF RAILROAD SIGNALMEN OF AMERICA



STATEMENT OF CLAIM: That Andrew Staples, Signal Maintainer, Rockland, Maine, be compensated at rate and one-half for fourteen (14) hours account being held for duty by direction of the management between the hours of 7:00 A. M. and 9:00 P. M. on Decoration Day, May 30, 1941.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That this dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held and, under date of Sept. 17, 1942, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case which request is hereby granted.




Case dismissed.
