STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on Wabash Railroad, that agent-telegrapher L. T. Williams, at New Florence, Missouri, be paid a call under the call rule of the telegraphers' agreement because on November b, 1941, at a
time of day when the New Florence telegraph office was closed, train order No. 30 addressed to Extra 2212 East at New Florence was transmitted to the telegraph office at Wellsville care of train No. 96 and delivered to Extra 2212 East at New Florence by a member of the train crew of train No. 96.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party;
That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and
That hearing thereon has been held and concluded. Under date of September 14, 1942 the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
