PARTIES TO DISPUTE:

BROTHERHOOD OF RAILWAY AND STEAMSHIP CLERKS, FREIGHT HANDLERS, EXPRESS AND STATION EMPLOYES




STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of System Committee of the Brotherhood that Material Handlers at Great Falls, Montana, shall be paid at the rate of 62¢ per hour from October 25, 1940 to August 31, 1941, and at the rate of 710 per hour from September 1, 1941 to November 30, 1941, and at the rate of 7200 per hour from December 1, 1941.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of February 10, 1943 the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case, which request is hereby granted.




Case dismissed.
