STATEMENT OF CLAIM: (a) that J. L. Folch, signalman, and F. J. Punier, assistant signalman, assigned to Signal Gang No. 2 in charge of Foreman S. P. Creason, sent from home station during the months of April, May, June and July, 1941, to perform work at other points, be reimbursed for actual living expenses incurred in the amounts of $71.45 and $61.90, respectively.


(b) That G. MeGaugh, signalman, and L. E. Wesley, assistant signalman, assigned to Signal Gang No. 2 in charge of Foreman S. P. Creason, sent from home station during the months of April and May, 1941, to perform work at other points, be reimbursed for actual living expenses incurred in the amounts of $16.45 and $14.65, respectively.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party;


That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and


That hearing thereon has been held and concluded. Under date of March 4, 1943, the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.




Case dismissed.
