STATEMENT OF CLAIM: That H. C. Caffey, signalman, and H. J. Cowdrey, assistant signalman, assigned to Signal Gang No. 4, located at Amarillo, Texas, sent from home station March 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, 1942, all dates inclusive, to perform work at Texico, New Mexico, be reimbursed for actual living expenses incurred in the amounts of $6.80 and $6.75, respectively.

FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held and under date of March 5, 1943, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.



Case dismissed.
