PARTIES TO DISPUTE:





STATEMENT OF CLAIM: For and in behalf of A. Randall who is now, and for a number of years past has been, employed by The Pullman Company, operating out of the District of Atlanta, Georgia. Because The Pullman Company did, under date of July 3, 1942, discipline Porter Randall by giving him an actual suspension of eight (8) days on charges unproved; which disciplinary action was unjust, unreasonable and in abuse of the company's discretion. And further, for the record of Porter Randall to be cleared of the charges made against him; and for Porter Randall to be reimbursed for pay lost as a result of having been unjustly and unreasonably disciplined.


FINDINGS The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and


That hearing thereon has been held and concluded. Under dates of July 26, 1943, and July 27, 1943, the parties addressed formal communications to the Secretary of the Third Division, requesting withdrawal of this dispute, which request is hereby granted.




Case dismissed.
