BROTHERHOOD OF RAILWAY AND STEAMSHIP CLERKS, FREIGHT HANDLERS, EXPRESS AND STATION EMPLOYES
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of System Committee of the Brotherhood that position designated as Roadmaster's Clerk, rate $6.36 per day in Superintendent's Office at Sacramento, and advertised for bids through Clerks' Circular No. 4-38 of January 19, 1938 should properly be classified as Roadway Clerk, rate $6.57 per day and that all employes adversely affected by reason of the Carrier's failure properly to classify and rate this position be reimbursed for ail wage losses suffered since the same was created, January 19, 1938.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party;
That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and
That hearing thereon has been held and concluded. Under date of July 16, 1943 the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of the case which request is hereby granted.
