BROTHERHOOD OF RAILWAY AND STEAMSHIP CLERKS, FREIGHT HANDLERS, EXPRESS AND STATION EMPLOYES
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of System Committee of the Brotherhood that the position of yard clerk created at Oakland, California on August 9, 1939 should have been assigned six days per week and that the employe assigned to this position, and all other employes adversely affected, be reimbursed the difference between what they have earned and what they would have earned had the position been assigned six days per week.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party;
That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and
That hearing thereon has been held and concluded. Under date of July 16, 1943 the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of the case, which request is hereby granted.
