PARTIES TO DISPUTE:

BROTHERHOOD OF RAILWAY AND STEAMSHIP CLERKS, FREIGHT HANDLERS, EXPRESS AND STATION EMPLOYES




STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that the clerical work incidental to the operation of yard facilities at Winnemucca, Nevada is work subject to the scope and operation of the Clerks' Agreement, and that the same shall be classified, rated and assigned in accordance with he provisions of the Clerks' Agreement and further that all employes adversely affected by reason of the Carrier's failure properly to classify, rate and assign such clerical work shall be reimbursed for all wage losses suffered subsequent to September 25, 1939.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party;


That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and


That hearing thereon has been held and concluded. Under date of July 16, 1943 the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of the case, which request is hereby granted.




Case dismissed.
