BROTHERHOOD OF RAILWAY AND STEAMSHIP CLERKS, FREIGHT HANDLERS, EXPRESS AND STATION EMPLOYES
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee, Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship Clerks, Freight Handlers, Express and Station Employes on The Baltimore & Ohio New York Terminal Region that the carrier violated Rule 21 of the agreement and continues to violate it.
1. When it only allowed John J. May, Tallyman $4.80 per day on July 25th and July 31st, 1940, at St. George Lighterage, Staten Island, New York.
2. That John J. May be allowed an adjustment of 50¢ per day for July 25th and July 31st, 1940.
3. That all other employes working as Tallymen at St. George Lighterage, Staten Island, New York, be allowed an adjustment of 50¢ per day for all time so worked on and after July 31st, 1940.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board jointly by the parties;
That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of August 11, 1943, the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of the case, which request is hereby, granted.
