BROTHERHOOD OF RAILWAY AND STEAMSHIP CLERKS, FREIGHT HANDLERS, EXPRESS AND STATION EMPLOYES
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee, Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship Clerks, Freight Handlers, Express and Station Employes on The Baltimore and Ohio Railroad-New York Terminal Region that the Carrier violated the Clerks' Agreement and continues to violate it.
1. When it requires truckers to load their own trucks, stow freight in cars and on docks at trucker's rate of pay.
2. That all truckers at 26th Street Station, New York; Pier 21 East River New York Pier 22 North River, New York, and at St. George Transfer, Staten Island, N. Y., who have been and are required either to load trucks or stow freight in cars or on docks, be compensated at 20 per hour above trucker's rate of pay.
3. That they so be compensated for performing such service on and after January 1, 1933.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board jointly by the parties;
That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of August 11, 1943, the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of the case, which request is hereby granted.
