STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that position No. 872, General Clerk, Tulare, California, is in fact that of station cashier and the same shall be so classified and rated; and,
Claim that each employe who has occupied position in dispute since June 2, 1938, shall now be paid the difference between what he has been paid at rate $5.67 per day and what he should have been paid at rate $6.64 per day, retroactive to that date. (Rates quoted do not include increases effective September 1, 1941 and December 1, 1941, totaling 80 cents per day.)
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of October 13, 1943, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
