PARTIES TO DISPUTE:

BROTHERHOOD OF RAILWAY AND STEAMSHIP CLERKS, FREIGHT HANDLERS, EXPRESS AND STATION EMPLOYES




STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that Oscar Langager, Clerk on the seniority roster of the Superintendent's office at Willmar, Minnesota, be paid for every clerical position that he has held since entering the service of the Carrier, May 19, 1942, at the regular rates applicable to Clerks with an experience of two or more years in railroad clerical work or clerical work of a similar nature in other industries, or where their cumulative experience in such clerical work is not less than two years.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board jointly by the parties;


That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under. dates of November 16, 1'943, and November 22, 1943, the parties addressed formal communications to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.




Case dismissed.
