STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that the personal record of Mr. F. E. Harrell, Station Accountant, Shreveport, Louisiana, be cleared of demerits charged against his record following investigation October 26, 1942, and that he be paid for all time lost as a result of being held out of service from October 21, to 28, 1942, both dates inclusive.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and


That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of November 24, 1943, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case which request is hereby granted.




Case dismissed.
