STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship Clerks, Freight Handlers, Express and Station Employes on the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railway Company that:


John Ragland, Clerk holding seniority rights on seniority district including Dalhart, Texas, be paid difference between rate of $167.60 per month, rate of 280 Report Clerk, Chief Dispatcher's office, Dalhart, and other positions worked by him at a lower rate of pay for period January 11, 1942 to June 1, 1942, including Sundays.

FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of November 27, 1943, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.




Case dismissed.
