STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood-
(1) That the Carrier violated the agreement by not showing the names of Marshall Turner and Sam Ray on the seniority roster issued January 1943; and
(2) That Marshall Turner's name be restored to the 1943 roster with the date of 6-1-37 as Relief Foreman, and that Sam Ray's name be restored to the 1943 roster with the date of 6-22-37 as Relief Foreman, through the issuance of a supplementary roster.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of February 17, 1944, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case, which request is hereby granted.
