PARTIES TO DISPUTE:





STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on The Pennsylvania Railroad,


(a) that Agent A. E. Larson, Falls Creek, Pa., required to work his regular assigned relief day (day of rest), Sunday, July 5, 12, 19, and 26; August 16, 23 and 30; and September 20, 1942; and other Sundays, thereafter, was not properly compensated; and


(b) that he shall be compensated for this service at one and one-half times the daily rate of the Agent's position.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of February 15, 1944, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case, which request is hereby granted.




Claim dismissed.
