STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on the Southern Pacific Company, Pacific Lines, that Telegrapher H. R. Strong be compensated under the provisions of Rule 10 of the Telegraphers' Agreement and that certain Memorandum of Understanding dated San Francisco, California, January 3rd, 1938, account service performed at Casmalia, oast Division, March 9th to 19th, inclusive, 1938.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of February 14, 1944, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case, which request is hereby granted.
