BROTHERHOOD OF RAILWAY AND STEAMSHIP CLERKS, FREIGHT HANDLERS, EXPRESS AND STATION EMPLOYES
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship Clerks, Freight Handlers, Express and Station Employes that the carrier violates the intent and provisions of the Mediation Wage Agreement of December 1, 1941 when it refuses to adjust piece work or tonnage rates of pay of employes of the Erie Railroad at Binghamton, New York, Akron, Ohio, and Chicago, Illinois, in accordance with Section 1, paragraph (e) thereof, and
That carrier shall now be required to comply with the Mediation Wage Agreement of December 1, 1941, and
That all employes afected shall be reimbursed for any and all wage loss sustained retroactive to December 1, 1941.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of March 14, 1944, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
