PARTIES TO DISPUTE:





STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the Order of Railway Conductors, Pullman System, in behalf of Conductor L. B. McKay, of the Jacksonville District, for eight (8) hours held for service from 1:00 A. M., October 28, 1942, to 8:30 P. M., same day, and eight (8) additional hours held for service during the period from 9:35 P. M., October 29, to 8:30 P. M., October 31st as provided in Rule 9, Agreement between The Pullman Company and Conductors in the Service of The Pullman Company.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and


That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and


That no bearing thereon has been held, and under date of May 5, 1944, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case, which request is hereby granted.




Case dismissed..
