STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of Garold W. Greehling, Assistant Signal Maintainer, for the difference in what he would have earned as assistant signal maintainer from April 8, 1941, and the rate that he has been erroneously paid from that date.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party;
That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and
That hearing thereon has been held but not concluded. Under date of May 25, 1944, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of the case, which request is hereby granted.
