STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the

Brotherhood of Railway & Steamship Clerks that the Carrier violated, and continues to violate the Clerks' Agreement of November 15, 1926, when it failed and refused to stop non-clerical employes from performing clerical work hereinafter stipulated and that


(1) All of the clerical work here involved shall be returned to Clerical forces in Macon Yard Seniority District, and that,


(2) The following Clerical Employes of the Macon West Yard Seniority district be paid a three hour call at their regular rate of pay in the number

and from the beginning and to closing dates as shown:

FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of May 25, 1944, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.




Case dismissed.
