STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of Mr. G. E. Ziebell for the difference in what he would have earned as a signalman from April 16, 1943, until October 1, 1943, in signal crew and the wages he was paid as an assistant signalman during that period.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party;


That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and


That hearing thereon has been held but not concluded and under date of June 2, 1944, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of the case, which request is hereby granted.




Case dismissed.
