THE ORDER OF RAILWAY CONDUCTORS,
PULLMAN SYSTEM
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: The Order of Railway Conductors, Pullman System, Chicago Division No. 715, claims that The Pullman Company violated Rule 38 of the Conductors' Agreement-
(1) when, on May 18, 1943, Conductor C C. Sweeney, Pennsylvania Terminal District, was assigned out of Chicago Western District to a special train en route to San Francisco; and
(2) that extra conductors of the Chicago Western District were available and that the conductor entitled to this work should now be compensated for all monetary loss by reason of this violation.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party;
That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and
That hearing thereon has been held but not concluded and under date of July 3, 1944, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of the case, which request is hereby granted.
