STATEMENT OF CLAIM: The Order of Railway Conductors, Pullman System, Chicago Division No. 715, claims for and in behalf of Conductor R. C. Dolson, Chicago Western District, that he should have been assigned to a "hold-down" in Line 135, Chicago-Seattle, leaving Chicago on July 7, 1943, and now asks that he be paid 12 days on account of failure to assign him under the provisions of Rule 36 of the Conductors' Agreement.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held and under date of July 7 1944 the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case, which request is hereby granted,
