PARTIES TO DISPUTE:





STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on the Southern Pacific Company, Pacific Lines, that because second Telegrapher C. R. Bauman, Benson, Arizona, was relieved on his regular assignment at Benson by an extra telegrapher on January 30 and 31, 1942, and used as extra telegrapher at Mescal, he be compensated under Rules 14 and 16 of the Telegraphers' Agreement for those two days' services.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of October 3 1944 the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case, which request is hereby granted.




Case dismissed.
