STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee and Express Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on Seaboard Air Line Railway that, the established salary rate of $75.00 per month paid the joint railway-express agent at Manatee, Florida, by the Railway Express Agency, Inc., prior to July 1, 1932 for his services as express agent, shall be restored and the agent compensated for the monthly differences between the rates he was paid and the established rate of $75.00 retroactive to July 1, 1932, the date the established rate was arbitrarily reduced by joint action of the Seaboard Air Line Railway and Railway Express Agency, Inc.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of .the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and


'That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of December 5, 1944, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case, which request is hereby granted.




Case dismissed.
