CHICAGO, ROCK ISLAND AND PACIFIC RAILWAY
COMPANY
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers, Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railway that the telegraph duties of the three telegraph positions at Hollis, Illinois, on the Peoria Terminal Company were not abolished in fact but instead were transferred arbitrarily by the carrier to other employes not represented by the General Committee; that the three positions be now bulletined and filled by employes belonging on the telegraphers' seniority roster.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of January 4, 1945, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case, which request is hereby granted.
