PARTIES TO DISPUTE:

ORDER OF RAILWAY CONDUCTORS, PULLMAN SYSTEM



STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Conductor O. H. Wentz, Philadelphia District, claims five hours' additional pay for time held for service at Salt Lake City, trip arriving 3:15 P. M. July 15, 1942, departing 4:00 P. M. July 17th; this held for service time not having been properly credited under the terms of Rules 9 and 16, Agreement between The Pullman Company and Conductors in the Service of The Pullman Company.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of February 14, 1945, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case, which request is hereby granted.




Case dismissed.
