BROTHERHOOD OF RAILWAY AND STEAMSHIP CLERKS, FREIGHT HANDLERS, EXPRESS AND STATION EMPLOYES




STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that:


Positions of Clerk-Callers, located in the Crew Dispatcher's Office, Delano, Pa., on the second and third tricks, should be classified as Crew Dispatchers and should be monthly rated at $166.60 instead of $156.60, plus subsequent wage increases, retroactive to September 25, 1942, to conform with similar existing position of Crew Dispatcher, in the same office, and that any employe filling these positions since that time be compensated for the difference in rate.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of 'May 17, 1945, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.




Case dismissed.
