PARTIES TO DISPUTE:

ORDER OF RAILWAY CONDUCTORS, PULLMAN SYSTEM



STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Conductor A. J. Lusby, Philadelphia District, claims additional credit and pay for three hours' held for service time, and three hours for call for duty (but not used), in Columbia, South Carolina, on January 28, 1943; this held for service time and call for duty not having been properly credited under the terms of Rules 9, 10 and 16, Agreement between The Pullman Company and Conductors in the Service of The Pullman Company.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of September 15, 1945 the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case, which request is hereby granted.




Case dismissed.
